Congratulations to eighth grader, Mario Smith, who was one of only two Pittsburgh students selected to be a Broadcom MASTERS International Delegate from the Pittsburgh Science and Engineering Fair. We are very proud of Mario and his sponsor, Mrs. Rabogliatti.
Our next Kindraiser Challenge is - if we raise $10,000 by Monday, May 28th, Mrs. Brown has agreed to be put in JAIL for the day on Tuesday, May 29th! AND the whole school will have a dress down day, and enjoy lunch outside (weather permitting) if we raise $10,000. Share your Kindraiser page!
At the NCEA (National Catholic Education Association) Convention in Cincinnati, OH, our Principal, Mrs. Brown, had the opportunity to meet the creators of LabLearner. OLG is the only school to offer this curriculum in Pittsburgh!

The 8th Grade Carnival is this Friday, June 1st. There will be a variety of games and raffles for students in K-7 to play. The cost is $5 which entitles the student to unlimited play. Field Day is next Wednesday, June 6th. There are a limited number of yearbooks available for sale on a first-come, first-served basis.
