Join us for a fun night at our annual Dinner Auction on Saturday, March 17, 2018 at the Hyatt Regency Pittsburgh International Airport. This year's theme is 'Once Upon a Time'. It is our biggest fundraiser of the year. There are many ways you can help support this fundraiser. You can attend this amazing event and have a wonderful night with old and new friends! You can donate an item or two for our silent auction or our live auction. You can buy tickets to our different raffles (50/50, $5,000 raffle, Chinese Auction baskets). You can be a sponsor or patron of the auction. You can put an ad or tribute in our auction program. And you can volunteer to help with the auction!
We will be using BidPal, a mobile bidding service for our auction, again this year! BidPal makes bidding at the auction so much easier! No need to hover over an item that you want. Simply download the BidPal app and put in what you want to bid on and what your maximum bid amount is and BidPal will "watch" your item. BidPal will send you alerts when you have been outbid. And, because we are using BidPal, there will be a number of silent auction items that will be available online to bid on even if you are not at the auction!
Invitations were sent out to OLG families on Wednesday, January 24th in Mail Day. If you need additional invitations for friends or family who would like to come, please contact Chrissy Debski at firstname.lastname@example.org
RSVP by Friday, February 16th to receive the discounted ticket price of $60 per person - a savings of $10! After February 16th the ticket price per person will be $70.
